Every study, figure, cost, capacity and drawing issued by the system is an initial guidance estimate based on data supplied by the project owner, and is relied on for execution only after review by specialists. Any statutory approvals are obtained by the project owner. The decision, implementation and their consequences rest with the project owner.
Project management and follow-up of execution
Project management and follow-up of execution is representation of the owner in follow-up and coordination. It does not include construction or engineering supervision. Execution is carried out by the contractor the owner selects, who is responsible for the work and its quality.
Apps
The apps are aids for recording and follow-up and are provided as they are; they may change, pause or be updated. The accuracy of entered data, its compliance with legal requirements, backups, and human supervision and review are the responsibility of the user and their facility. The apps and their reports do not replace any statutory approval or certificates.
Listings
The site is a listing intermediary only and is not a party to any sale, purchase or lease. The listing belongs to its owner, who is responsible for the accuracy of its data and for ownership or authority to list. The site does not guarantee the data, condition, ownership or documents. The buyer or tenant must inspect, obtain technical checks and verify documents and ownership before any agreement or payment, and should not pay in advance without documentation. For real estate, the lister must follow the rules on real estate advertising and brokerage. The site may remove any listing without giving reasons.
Figures and examples
Figures, capacities and examples on the site are for illustration only, vary from project to project, and are not a promise of any result, profit or approval.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the site nor its owner is liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the site or apps, reliance on their content or on third-party listings, service interruption or data loss.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, apps, texts and designs belong to Fayoud Poultry System and may not be copied or used without written permission. Any mention of other names or trademarks is for identification only and does not imply partnership or endorsement.
Privacy
We use the data you send through WhatsApp, the request form or email only to reply to your request, and we do not sell it. The site does not store form data; it goes straight to WhatsApp. Your browser may save your language and theme preference. External services such as WhatsApp and Google Fonts are governed by their own policies. You may ask us to delete your data by contacting us.
Changes and jurisdiction
